For the first time since July 22, 2011, we will not publish the paper this week. We are in Oklahoma where Carolyn and her brother are making plans to lay their Mother to rest on Friday of this week. I’m sure that all of you will understand that at a time like this the paper must take a “backseat” while they allow themselves time to grieve and pay proper respect to the memory of a kind and loving Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother. RIP Grandma…
